Hi guys,
I realize that I haven’t been the greatest about writing lately but am trying to improve on that. I myself find it frustrating when some of my favorite blogs aren’t updated for a long time. How is the new year going for you? So far things are not going bad for me. I am working 3 days a week and the work really isn’t that bad. It’s all about the frame of mind that you have. As stated before I am trying to work on being a more positive energy. I find myself when totally frustrated at my 2 year old, taking a deap breath and mentally saying, positive – be positive. I have been able to yell less. That is a very good thing because my mother was a yeller. Only she would yell the negative things at you. I vowed when before I got pregnant that I wouldn’t be like that and yet it is an easy pattern to fall into. It is very easy to let the frustration and irritation overcome you. It wasn’t until I sat back and evaluated my life to see why things were continuing on a downward spiral that I realized it was because I was projecting a very negative vibe and in return, getting negative back. I believe that a positive attitude is going to be a necessary tool in the future for more and more people as times get harder. Yes I have the same concerns that all of you do. Not enough money, marriage, kids, etc…..how are you dealing with them? Well anyways, I hope that you all are having a great day and remember – think positive – you are worth it!
